Information Collection

2FA Authenticator does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.

All account names, TOTP secret keys, and settings are stored locally on the user's device using Chrome Storage. No information is sent to external servers.

Used only when the user explicitly copies an authentication code.

Remote Code

The extension does not use remotely hosted JavaScript, WebAssembly, or dynamically executed code. All executable code is packaged within the extension.

Children's Privacy

2FA Authenticator does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
